We inspect and energize every product before dispatch. If something goes wrong, we’ll help.
Replacements
We replace items only for: wrong product, defective item, or items damaged in transit.
Replacements are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery and only when a full unboxing video is provided.
At Dhwani Astro, we offer Rudraksha, Mund Mala, Karungali wood, Tulsi beads and other natural products, which naturally vary in color, shape, grain and texture. These variations are inherent and are not considered defects.
Similarly, our gemstones and crystals may have slight differences in color, size and finish due to natural formation and artisanal crafting. These variations are normal and reflect the authenticity of the product.

Product images are for visual representation only. Natural stones vary — the real product may differ slightly in color, pattern, or finish.
Exchanges (Size / Quality)
Exchanges for size or quality concerns are allowed.A standard shipping charge will apply.Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Thread stretch or wear is not a valid exchange reason.
Partial Payment / COD Advance
If a partial payment (COD advance) was paid and the order has already shipped, the partial payment is non-refundable.
How to Request
Send your Order ID, issue details, clear photos, and the unboxing video to our support. We will respond within 24–48 hours.'
Refund Policy
All items sold on our website are non-refundable. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed solely at the discretion of Dhwani Astro.
