Return and Exchange Policy

If a customer receives a damaged product, they must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with video proof of the damage. Such cases will be eligible for a replacement of the same product.

We will arrange a return pickup, and the customer is required to return the damaged item in its original packaging, ensuring the order ID is clearly visible. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.

Refund Policy

All items sold on our website are non-refundable. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed solely at the discretion of Dhwani Astro.
