Each item is carefully Abhimantrit (energized) by Founder Dhwani Jain Ma’am with your Name and Date of Birth, using sacred Vedic rituals to deliver real results.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process. ✨
🧿 Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
There’s a missing item in your package.
You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening.
Note: Abhimantrit (personalized) or used spiritual products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
📦 Conditions for Return / Replacement
Items must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, and with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Photos or videos are mandatory for all return and refund claims.
Abhimantrit products can only be replaced (not re-energized again once returned).
⚙️ Process
1. Initiation:
Email us at support@dhwaniastro.com or WhatsApp at +91-7827111166 with your Order ID and issue details.
2. Approval:
Our Quality Team will review your proof and confirm if your return or replacement is eligible.
3. Pickup:
Approved returns will be collected from your address within 2–4 working days.
4. Resolution:
If the product is defective or damaged, a replacement will be shipped within 4–5 working days.
If a replacement isn’t available, a direct refund will be issued (no store credits).
💰 Refund Policy
Direct refunds (to your original payment method) are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
Refunds won’t be issued without a proper unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
For partial payment orders, refunds are issued once the returned item is received.
No deduction or extra fee — refunds are made in full for verified issues.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, broken, or damaged after delivery.
Personalized or Abhimantrit items made with your Name & DOB.
Free gifts or promotional items received during offers.
