2. Is it real?
Yes. All our products are 100% genuine and carefully prepared. We do not sell artificial or fake spiritual items.
3. Is there any guarantee?
Spiritual products do not come with a material guarantee because results depend on individual belief, karma, and consistency. However, we guarantee authenticity, proper energization, and product quality.
4. Are there any side effects?
No. Our products are completely safe. They are made from natural materials and work only to support positive energy.
5. Will I get a refund if it doesn’t work?
Since our products are Abhimantrit and customized, refunds are not applicable once the order is processed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
6. When will I receive my product?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after energization. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on selected products.
Please note:
- Abhimantrit benefits and free gifts are available only on prepaid orders
- Some customized products may not be eligible for COD
8. Can I change my payment method after placing the order?
Yes, you can request a payment method change if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact our customer support immediately.
9. I ordered the wrong size. How can I change it?
If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the size. If already shipped, our support team will guide you with the available options.
10. How will I get the wearing process and instructions?
You will receive complete wearing instructions along with the product. In some cases, instructions are also shared via WhatsApp or email.
11. I don’t know my date of birth. How will the product be energized?
No worries. If DOB is not available, the product is energized using universal mantras and your name intention, which is also effective.
12. How do I share my Abhimantrit (energization) details?
After placing the order, you will receive a message or form to share details such as:
- Name
- Purpose
- Date of Birth (if available)

14. I want to gift this product. How will it be energized?
